Baked Artichoke Dip

My sister taught me this super easy recipe over 20 years ago and it’s become one of my staple recipes when I need a quick appetizer. It’s always at the top of the request list when I am asked to bring a dish to share. You can make this recipe your own by adding different spices and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened (225g)
  • ¾ cup sour cream (or substitute plain Greek yogurt) (180g)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (180g)
  • 6 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded (175g)
  • 2 (14 oz) cans of plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (800g)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine chopped artichoke hearts with cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish (approximately 8” or 20cm).
  6. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with pita chips, bread, crackers, or veggies.
