Rum Punch

We’ve been enjoying this simple rum punch since our college days. It’s a quick and easy drink that you can make for a crowd. You can also make it without the rum!

Ingredients

  • 48 oz (1 frozen can, prepared) orange juice (1.5 litres)
  • 48 oz (1 frozen can, prepared) pineapple juice (1.5 litres)
  • 16 oz cream of coconut, Coco Lopez, or similar (.5 litre)
  • 16 oz dark rum (.5 litre) (optional)
  • grenadine for color and flavor
  • variety of fruit for garnishing
  • ice

Directions

  1. For best results, prepare and chill all the juices the night before.
  2. Cut your fruit. Set aside.
  3. Add all liquid ingredients to a large punch bowl. Stir.
  4. Chill and serve over ice. Garnish as desired.
