“We had so much fun at our last in-person conference watching attendees try their hand at the iconic claw arcade game,” said Gavin Lew, Managing Partner of Bold Insight and ReSight Global. “We miss that engagement that’s often missing from the virtual conferences. We worked with our international partner of ten years, Peepal Design, to design and build an experience that tries to mimic the suspense and excitement of playing a real claw game. And the experience is extended when you receive your prize in the mail a few weeks later! We really had fun designing this and we hope attendees enjoy it.”
ReSight Global partner, Bold Insight, is also presenting two poster sessions during the conference. The sessions, Tips and best practices for conducting in-person user experience research with vulnerable populations in the COVID-19 era and Medical device human factors submissions: identifying and understanding key differences in regulatory guidance across the globe will both be held on April 13.
