This month, team members from ReSight Global will exhibit and speak at Car.HMI Europe. This premier conference will bring together industry professionals from automotive OEM, Tier 1, and supplier companies to explore innovative opportunities in HMI and user experience (UX) development. Representing five UX research and design sister companies, ReSight Global colleagues from six countries will host a booth to connect with conference attendees and discuss how their pioneering benchmark service is shaping the future of the auto experience.
ReSight Global recently launched the Automotive Experience Score (AXS), a dynamic online benchmarking tool that uses data to support confident design decisions to elevate the in-car user experience. This holistic and nuanced dashboard synthesizes diverse metrics and proven methodological principles to quickly compare the UX of multiple vehicles across global markets. Through its blend of objective performance measures and subjective user feedback, the AXS equips automotive manufacturers with the insights needed to refine interfaces, enhance user satisfaction, and drive forward the evolution of in-vehicle systems.
On day two of the event, Jan Panhoff and Wolfgang Waxenberger, co-founders of ReSight Global and uintent, will present Automotive Experience Score (AXS) – Own the Market by Building the Next-Generation Auto Experience Fueled by Global User Insight. The session will reveal how the AXS provides design teams with rapid, competitive intelligence on a global scale, including the latest insights from drivers in key markets including the US, India, China, Japan, and Germany.
